Serial not showing at NCSoft master account? - Guild Wars Forums

Today I logged on my NCSoft and I noticed that my GW account had only 3 serial numbers: prophecies, nightfall and factions.

It doesn't have my EotN serial number, and yet I have access to EotN since April/2008 and I'm pretty sure that I upgraded my account with the EotN key.

I'd like to know how it's possible for this to happen, coz it's so strange
